Located in front of a block of apartments (Maluri Apartment) where they operate from a makeshift stall, this place has no name but everyone knows it as "the pan mee place at Miharja" or "the pan mee place under the big tree".
They make a few varieties here - the rough cut version. You get a choice between the dry version and soup here. Note that their Mee Hoon Kueh version is cut into squares versus the hand torn pieces.
The business here is so good that the owner has to prepare several bowls of noodles at the same time using a very huge pot. What’s special about their Pan Mee is that the noodles are topped with coriander, which adds an extra fragrance to the taste.

Cheong Kon Pau, one bowl is always not enough! |
Chill sauce can often ‘break’ a good bowl of pan mee, but this one made it better! |
Do go easy on this, and this is a killer. Aromatic, spicy and justly tangy |
Raymond Yeoh Rong Hua was sweating halfway through my noodles. In a good way! |
Look at the sweat! |
