The Lart Thong is a Hakka soup
dish, which is well-known in Serdang, Kajang and Semenyih. If you are a
meat-lover, then you are in for a treat. The main ingredients used in the Lart
Thong are ginger and white pepper. You will find no shortage of Yuen Sai Choy
(Chinese coriander) in this soup dish and there are a few places in Kajang that
specialise in this particular dish.
